Edgar's west street Durban

Good day If I could put a zero rating I would!!! I've never been so disappointed in a human being, the be littling and ****** that still happens in our country. Saturday 11th November 2023 Edgar's Durban(west street) - mobile department. I approached 2 Indian ladies and politely asked if I could get assisted with a PAYJOY application. They completetly ignored my request and suggested an Edgar's credit card because "PAYJOY also does a credit check and all the other documents I can bring them some other time" which I repeatedly opted out of, for personal reasons not wanting to negatively affect my credit score. I was subsequently assisted by one of the ladies (light skinned, a bit of blondish hair). She took down my name surname and ID number, then she started asking me how much my salary is. I work for a mobile service provider as well so she thought I didn't know anything. I politely asked I was told "no this is part of the PAYJOY process, we have to do a credit check for a game card first" which I disagreed with. All of a sudden she tells me " I'm sorry but you did not get approved" I asked why she did a credit check without my consent she turned around told me "go look for the PAYJOY lady somewhere in the store and that she can't help me because nobody knows where the PAYJOY rep is" after me repeatedly asking for specifically PAYJOY. My credit score is now messed up after so many months of hard work trying to get it back. This is unacceptable from EDGAR'S and I will be visiting the branch with a rep who is fami**** with this legally for clarity and I want this sorted out
