Edgar's Waterfall mall extremely poor service

Wanted to buy 2 pairs of Oakley sunglasses at Edgar's waterfall mall Rustenburg that was on special, at first they almost sold me scratched sunglasses. They told me they can get from Menlyn I specifically told them I will take them if I get it at the special price they phonen me today after 2 weeks that the glasses arrived. I went in today but was told the special ended Sunday. Very disgusted with Edgar's and also want to complain directly to Oakley. I did not take the sunglasses because I am not going to pay for their mistake.
