Edgars Wake Up Please!

Blue Route Mall, Edgars has been very helpful in their efforts to help me to get RCS, whom has now taken over their accounts department, to allocate Payment of R500 made on 03/08/2020.

Up to date no progress has been made in allocating this R500 payment to my mom's Edgars Account.

I have forwarded the requested Target Details from the bank to RCS Payments email many times but it seems no one knows how to click and open and read and then do their jobs.

What am I to do to get this payment allocated!
