Edgars voucher wont be redeemed.
I have not received Edgars voucher for R1200 since November 2018. Sibusiso (customer services) says I should have queried this within 5 days. ??!!! yet, the campaign says the voucher will be available to use on your next purchase. I queried this in February and am now querying this again.

We regret to inform you that no vouchers will be honoured, as the campaign was valid for a certain time. Client had 5 days to query the second voucher and with that time were assistance.
