Edgars VIP CLUB MEMBER

I have a bad experience with Edgars store, i had the stop order for every months thinking that I'm paying my account , to find out that my account balance its not moving. when i started to inquire about my account while paying every months they told me that I'm on Edgar's VIP club member which I'm not even aware of . they even play me a recording which i didn't even agree on . Edgar's are ****** and i don't think i will recommend someone to Edgar's. they are bunch of ****s who wanted to rob my money. i want my refund of the money they where deducting on my account as a CLUB VIP. from 01 November 2024 they promise to come back to me till today I'm still waiting for the feedback of the reversal of my money they ****** me deducted from my account. they cant even solve this issue. What they are doing its nonsense. I want my money back.
