EDGAR'S VIP CLUB

Edgars is charging me for Edgars VIP Club which I did not sign up for. They said a consultant called me in December and I agreed to the Club fees. I requested a recording to be played for me. The recording they played for me was not audible. I requested a repeat of the recording of which they promised to play on another day. Till today I'm still waiting for that call. Instead I'm being harassed by their collections department wanting me to pay this VIP fee on top of that they are also charging me service fees. Which means the account is increasing every month while I'm waiting for them to resolve the quer I DO NOT THINK ITS FAIR TO ASK ME TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DID NOT SIGN UP FOR. IF THEY BELIEVE I DID SIGN UP FOR IT THEY MUST GIVE ME PROOF.

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH EDGARS THE LEAST THEY CAN DO IS TRY AND RESOLVE THE QUERY BUT I STEAD THEY ARE DELAYING SO THAT THE CHARGES CAN INCREASE.
