As per my statements for the last few months, the latest being September 2015 I have been charged R60 pm for a VIP Membership Fee. Under no circumstances do I recall accepting this membership yet I am being charged for this on a monthly basis. I have further noted that this is not the first that this issue has been raised as there have been complaints from other customers as well. Such a *******! Not only are we ****** in store with hoax sales (prices inflated then marked down), but we are signed up unaware and pay for things we don't consent to.
