Edgars Vaal Mall lack of customer care

I am very dissappointed at how Edgars Vaal Mall staff handle customer dissatisfaction. You get different reason/explanations from each one of them. They are not speaking same language and this frustrates us as customers. The staff needs to be training thoroughly on store policy on handling transactions with customers. Apparently you cannot exchange items on promotion. You can only do so if you exchange with items on promotion same price same brand. So if you take Kelso item on promotion for R300, you have to exchange it with Kelso item on promotion for same amount. So basically if theres nothing suitable for you on promtion you are stuck with that item and its your problem.
