Edgars Vaal Mall

I visited Edgars at Vaal Mall, twice at month end. It was a horrible experience! Only three tills were open, of the eight they have. Many other people in the queue was furious as well. Most said exactly the same..."This is unacceptable"! It took me 45 minutes to pay for my items. I will never visit any Edgars branch again. The cashiers were not concerned at all. They even chat to one another and worked as slow as they could. Just no hurry, nor any concern whatsoever. I have an Edgars Cash card but the cashier never asked me if I had one. I was too upset to think of a card at that stage.
