Edgars using Good Taste Travel Agents to make clients join clubs under false information

Last month I received a call from Good Taste Travel consultant stating that she is calling from Edgars my name has been selected to receive discounts, they just need to confirm my personal details. I asked her how much am i going to pay she confirmed that nothing, it is free of charged. I have agreed based on that I do have Edgars account and it has nothing to do with my bank account. she confirmed that I will receive an sms within 48 hours and brochure via the post, but up until today nothing. To my suprise last Friday I went to Edgars to purchase some items and only to realise that the balances does not correspond with the items I have bought, i enquired immidiately and i was told i have joined Good Taste Travel and they have debited my account. I requested their number so that I can call and lodge complain their numbers does not exist, I called Edgars head office they told me to wait 14 working days to get the feedback. This is ridiculous I cannot wait those days as this is supposed to be treated as urgent matter I requested to speak to Management I was put on hold for more than 20 minutes. I am forced to close the Edgars account due to this nonsense. Edgars is going to lose more clients if they don't terminate this partnership between them and Good Taste, to me it looks as they are trying to get more business through false information to existing clients.
