Edgars useless customer service

My husband put a claim on the rcs for unemployment . Edgars captured it as deceased . We have sent documents to state he is alive in July as the closed the account and we had to pay the account up . We called and emailed multiple times and have been handed over to lawyer who calling to say he is dead and need to pay the accounts . The lawyer told us to go to the store to show his ID , we waste time going to the store just to be told they need to call the call centre . No help and the staff can’t help . We are being black listed cause edgars staff is ***********
