Edgar's useless as normal

This fly by night company and edgars as a team well matched hey, this uneducated lawyers clearly didn't go to a correct law school as I have no idea which part of credit insurance do they not understand, they keep on messaging and calling my wife about an account that she had last year, she was retrenched last year october, 1st thing she did was go to Edgar's and call them from the lenasia trade route branch, where she was on the call for more than an hour explaining, that she needs to know what to do as she has the credit insurance in case she was retrenched, finally someone who understood what she was asking advised to send all the relevant documents through which she did, its been 8 months later and she is still being contacted, why was she paying for credit insurance if the credit insurance doesn't seem to be doing what it supposed to do, now let me explain to this lawyers at blake and whatever, you guys are trying to claim money that the insurance should of already sorted out, clearly no one did their homework before all the calls and so on, if you claiming money it is considered enrichemnt, as you are claiming when this claim from the insurance side should of already been sorted out, so do us a favor and to not lose anymore face go back do your homework and find out what was done and so forth before you call people that have already done what was asked of them.
