Edgars useless and non-informative feedback so they can close your case

I have yet to receive a single concrete reply on outstanding orders. Emails saying "we are working on the backlog" are not good enough. I want to know whether my order (which was ready to go to the courier 3 weeks back) will arrive before winter is over!
