Edgars - Useless and ineffective
Worst retail store to have a clothing account with. Edgars released a cellphone service called moova money in which you can purchase airtime. In this useless service, when you purchase airtime it continously says the transaction cannot be processed however the money dissapears from your account..Nobody in their customer centre can help and this has been happening for the past few months with nobody rectifying my account or refunding me. Edgars has the worst customer service centres which are ineffective and useless. I'm going to start to be ineffective and useless when it comes to paying my account until edgars can refund all the money they have ****** from it.

Please take note that its been more than 7 days and you have not refunded the money to me for a data subscription and edgars club subscription that has been going through my account every month without my knowledge or consent. It seems that the situation of *****ing my airtime money has lead me to discover more of Edgars ********* behaviour. I am completely in awe as to how i can have 2 subscriptions going through my account and not be made aware of this.
