Edgars useless and desperate for R150

Closed my account in store and got confirmation with witnesses. Yet they kept billing me for club membership and now calls you 10+ times a day to collect R150. They desperate and unprofessional as you cant speak to a manager and no note is made of the problem from their end on the system and nobody resolves your issue.
