Edgars... Useless

Edgars wants me to pay my account every month, but they never ever send me a Monthly statement. I keep calling them and they keep promising me that I will receive my monthly statement but it never happens... so now i just pay extra money every month to keep my records clean.. im soon going to close this account because they are useless
