Edgars up to shady things

I fully paid up my account a few months ago at Jet Oudtshoorn. This morning i get an sms saying my account is overdue by R60.84. The phone number that came with the message does not even connect to edgars but to the connection and upon doing a google search the same number appears to be registered to another company.

I have also requested that my account be closed at Jet Oudtshoorn but seems like that never happened either.

Please resolve the issues.
