Edgars - ************ practices

My account was changed from 6 months interest free plan to interest bearing. After numerous calls and emails I was told that it will be fixed. I also requested a Supervisor to get back to me. Still waiting on a call from anyone. I am still being charged interest. Since RCS took over Edgars accounts I get no joy from them. Closing my Edgars account.
