Edgars unprofessional

My mum has had her account for many years and took ill recently and was medically boarded. We informed Edgars of her hospitalisation and medical condition and she only on pension now before her acc could go into arrears. She is harassed daily and told by staff to pay wih her pension. We provided all medical information requested and she cannot afford to pay for meds. Edgars keep saying they dont have the info and we repeatedly send. Your staff are ill mannered and your processes are severely lacking. Going to reach out to Ombudsman as you clearly are *********** and have no compassion for a customer who maintained their account for over 30 years.
