Made payment on the 19th of april and till today it doesn't reflect which doesn't make sense because that has been the exact account number ive been paying all along, nobody is getting back to me to tell me what is going on. Sent proof of payment as well..

29 Apr 2020, 17:49Still no response from you people in other words you take my money and say i didnt pay my account sending me smses every few days i want this resolved why is the payment not reflecting yet for the past few months i have made payment to the same account number for months on end and the payment did reflect every other month, why is it not reflecting for april month and why are you not being attentive to my query this is frustrating you guys make me sick
