Edgars ********ly charging interest

Edgars being taken over by the RCS Group is a huge disaster. They have been charging me interest on a 0% interest free account. I am told that I am on a revolving budget plan that I did not even sign up for. I have had my account for over 20yrs with Edgars with no issues as I have been paying my monthly installments diligently. I have been in contact with the customer service since the month of October 2020 and to date the matter is still unresolved. The last conversation I had with one of their consultant of whom none of them want to transfer you to their supervisor when you have a complaint, instead you are told that your matter will be resolved be on the look out for the revised correct statement. I was also told that the calls are being recorded and hope for their sake that they are.
