Edgars - Unauthorised Dental Insurance deduction

A year ago, an Edgars employee at decided that I needed dental insurance. I do not and have never given authorisation for the payment, nor have I signed a policy. I have a medical aid costing me thousands of rands already. Even though the premium was discontinued after a year of paying it, when I eventually realised that Edgars was taking it off my Club Membership without my authorisation, my e-mails are being ignored w.r.t. the refund of the premiums I have paid for an insurance benefit I have not consented to.
