EDGARS UNAPPRECIATED STAFF - CENTURIAN

Since the beginning of April 23, Edgars refuses to reward their staff for work well-done. Management, Mr Barnabas Pillay is aware of my request and has given me empty promises to date. Our people are unappreciated and when the opportunity arises to compliment the staff then management always seems to be reluctant. Edgars please implement the process of your employer rewards policy (if you have such). Sincerely
