Edgars unacceptable conduct

I paid up my account in October 2023 and requested to have the account closed. Now a year later all of a sudden I received a notification and threats that I have a balance. I reminded them that I settled the account and requested closing the account. They insist that I pay for something when I made no further purchases after instructing closure. I find this ********* from a big company.
