Edgars unable to find cellphone
<p>My cellphone was handed in at entEdgars Promenade in January, it was supposed to be sent away for repairs. I kept following up month by month and last week I was told that they cannot find the device. This is unacceptable and I need the device back or my account must be credited because it was paid for and it was insured through Hollard.</p>

Please be advised we have raised this incident with the store manager , you will be receiving feedback shortly. Sending your cell phone in for repairs should not be so time consuming and for this we must apologise.
