Edgars *****ulently overcharged your account with petty unnecessary account payments lies

Not too sure how many departments oversees account payments but they don't record and update payments. They harass you with sm's, phone calls and emails that your account is overdue. They sent an sms the 15th July 2023 to say that payment was supposed to be made the 1st of the month. 01st July 2024 Proof of payment was sent for their accounts email address (which they recommend it be sent to). Later during the day they sent an email to say the payment made the 1st July 2023 was received. They overcharge you with interest for the SMS's, calls and emails but don't reverse them due to it being negligence on their part.
