Edgars turned into *******?

I have been signed up and billed for a funeral plan, travel insurance, family provider plan and club fees. This has been done without my consent and after hours on the phone some services got cancelled, but the fees have not been written back. I cannot get a hold of anybody to help and it is very frustrating holding for 10 minutes plus only to get cut off.
