Edgars Tubatse Crossing Burgersfort

I walked into the store at Edgars Tubatse Crossing Burgersfort Limpopo, with my shopping bags as I had been shopping around the mall. The manager of the store is Vusi. I bought a sissyboy formal skirt and passed by the beauty section so I could ask them when they be having a sale or promotion on fragrances. The ladies told me they weren't sure. As I walk out and head to legit, Vusi follows me in Legit with 3 security men from the mall management. They all surround me and Vusi asks if he could talk to me and I agreed. He then asks me to follow him back to his store which is Edgars. As I exit Legit my plastics got emptied on the floor and thoroughly checked as if I am some *****. We entered edgars and he took me to the back offices. He called 3 of his store security guards and 4 of his staff and commanded them to search me. He had accused me of regularly visiting the store to shoplift and claims he had footage of me. He also accused me of *****ing from the beauty section. I explained to him that I wasn't from Burgersfort, I told him I was visiting and I had just arrived that day. He insisted that it was me and he was 100% sure. His staff kept telling him that he is completely mistaken and he didn't want to listen to neither of them. I emptied my plastics and put my receipts on each item I had bought at the mall. The found nothing in my plastic bags and he ordered them to search my handbag where they also didn't find anything. His staff members begged me for my apology but the embarrassment he caused me at legit and throughout walking back to his store with the se urities surrounding me I could never forgive Vusi. I then asked to see the footage he was talking about because he had already violated my rights and made me a ********. He refused to show me and said that would mean he's accusing me of something. I then told him that commanding his staff to search me is enough accusation. He didn't even bother apologizing instead he repeatedly kept emphasizing that he is watching me. I was so sad angry that I went out the mall to my sister and explained the story to he. She walked back to edgars with me and Vusi refused to speak to us nor to apologise as he said he was too busy. We left the store without seeing him. Since that day I've never sat a foot in Edgars Tubatse Crossing Burgersfort. I was completely hurt and humiliated. I was very angry and I still am. I didn't call the police on him because my sister begged me not to. I know my rights as a customer and I know the correct procedure was that he had to fetch me on his own and ask if I could follow him back to his store. Only if I had refused that's when he could call the centre security. He should've asked me if he could search my belongings. After realizing that he was wrong he should've apologized. An apology is free and doesn't ****. The case is now being handled by my lawyer and I'm suing them for deformation of character. I was told that that's how he treats his customers and that he has a way of always falsely accusing customers and it isn't his first time being sued. I hate him.
