Edgars - Totally unprofessional and dont listen!

Hi, some years ago Edgars treated my very unprofessionally. My balance was zero, the I made one purchase on my account. Two weeks after this, I get called by them on a Saturday afternoon by a very rude person, wanting to know when payment would be made. I said its an account, and would be paid, but he insisted on a date! I paid it immediately and had my account closed. No apologies from them or anything. Yet, every week or so I still get sms's from them promoting items! I want them to stop doing this as I will never ever buy anything from them again.
