EDGARS TOTAL INEFFICIENCY

One year later and Edgars have at last found my payments of R750 and R95 (made in 2023). But I am still being harassed by Daly debt collectors. Not only that but communications with them are nightmarish. I was never in default but their incompetence in tracing my payments has resulted in a year of stress. Four times I have asked them to remove my name from their debt collectors list and to close my account. The responses I got is just that the monies have been transferred to my account and nothing in response to my actual request. Then I get an e-mail asking me "who provided me with a settlement amount". How inefficient can they be?? I made one purchase from Edgars a year ago and paid it off in 3 timely installments instead of 6 - despite proof of payment being sent to them in 2023 it seems they were unaware they could check with their own bank. I was never in default. ***
