Edgars took my money and wouldn't return it back to me!

Most terrible online shopping experience ever! I purchased two items from Edgars online on the 3rd May 2020. One item cost R4860 and one item cost R2400. I received an email on the 12th June from Edgars team advised me that the item of R4860 is out of stock and they will refund me the money. on the 13th June I received the item of R2400. and on the 15th June I received the refund of R2400! They refund me the item which I have already received and still own me the remaining R2460. Since then I have sent many emails requesting for the refund and every time I get the same reply saying they will escalated to the management with no feedback whatsoever afterwards. until today I still haven't receive the money they owe me. I would never ever purchase any item from Edgars online or stores again!
