EDGARS - THREATENS WITH HAND ME OVER - BUT NOW ONE CAN FIND YOU ON THEIR SYSTEM WHEN YOU CALL

I called this number and spoke to a lady by the name of Jadine. (called her on the 10 June 2021 @ 10h25

She could not find me on the system and she transferred me to Head Office

Head Office could not help me - spoke to Nicolas and he gave me this number to call ---- ***

this number referred me to call *** ----- this had an automated voice message - saying not available at the moment and try again later

THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE DECEMBER 2020 - I am tired of trying to get to speak to someone that can actually assist me and find me on the Edgars System.

I HAVE PAID MY ACCOUNT UP TO DATE WITH THE SETTLEMENT AMOUNT THAT I RECEIVED TELEPHONICALLY FROM YOUR CONSULTANT ON THE 4TH OF DECEMBER AND PAID R132.77 AND EMAILED THE PROOF TO EDGARS (VARIOUS EMAILS) ON THE 4TH OF THE DECEMBE 2020

IS THIS SO DIFFICULT TO CLOSE ONE'S ACCOUNT ????????????????????????????
