Edgars threatening to block account, after being overpaid. Shocking service!

On the 30/10/2016 my Edgars account was credited with an amount of R1000.00, when the instalment due was actually R680.00.

I emailed them to advise about the credit at least three times, and they have advised that my account is in good standing. I then received an sms to say my account was in arrears... When I called to speak to them, they advised that they do not have the credit on file.

When I queried this with Alfred, a supervisor - he advised he could not help me. I then requested to speak to the CEO, and was advised that because he does not work in that building, cannot transfer me to him. He then advised that he would arrange to get his manager ( Sue Ellin Johnson) to call me by 10:00. This has not happened.

1) Why has my credit not been allocated, when I advised you in advance that it had been made?

2) Why has my credit record been negatively impacted due to no fault of my own?

3) Why do managers at Edgars not call their clients back when they ask them to?

Sort this out immediately!
