Edgar's threatening the elderly.

Due to covid reasons, my grandmother fell behind on her Edgar's account.

This was brought to my attention and I started paying the account.

Your collections agency continues to harass an 80 year old with calls despite at least 2/3rds of the account has been paid.

I require an updated account statement on the a count please.
