Edgars - The absolute worst!!

Come on Edgars!!! This is the most shocking service I have experienced. After numerous phone calls I have not been able to cancel my club membership or close my account. On Tuesday 13 October I was given the incorrect balance on my account by an Edgar’s staff member resulting in a balance of 01 cent remaining and they won’t close my account because of that. For two months I have been trying to cancel club membership but every month I still get charged. I have had this account for 38 years and have never missed a single payment. Please get your act together and do the right thing by your customers.
