Edgars Thank you points not reflecting!

So, use Engen to fill up my car, and to accumulate Thank you points. Recently i have decided to download the app to ensure that my points gets updated (as per the website, please allow 3 -5 workings for points to reflect) , no points has reflected, and I fill my car at least once a week, i have thus far kept 4 slips of which my points does not reflect! I have called the contact center and was nicely informed to contact Thank you on ***, This number DOES NOT EXIST! so i call back and i am told that is the only number they have and cannot assist me any further! I have also logged a query on the Edgars website and i have not received any feedback! Disgusting!
