Edgars Terrible service

The most horrible experience for my kids. I placed an order 1 may 2020 and have been promised a few delivery dates by customer care. To date I havnt received my order or a refund. The kids have a cold winter without the order to refund because of Edgar’s negligence. I have complained on the Facebook page and Edgar’s has failed to respond. Edgar’s is an unreliable retail store and does not care about their customers. My order number is *** and the customer care ref is ***/go.
