Edgars taking unauthorised money

I had a settled account with Edgars for more than a year and now since after COVID they are telling me I have outstanding balance which is increasing monthly after I emailed them to show me where I authorized this and also to show me where I signed for this amount according to Edgars. Still no reply and they keep telling me I owe them an outstanding amount were I never used my card. This is clear ***** and they wont even reply to my email asking to close the account and show me where I gave consent. Very poor service and bad communication
