Edgars taking chances to make money

So two months after closing my Edgars account and they actually owing ME money. I send proof of payment and requested a paid-up letter. I just received the following message now:

Good day, Thank you for your email. Kindly note in order to close the account, a settlement amount is to be requested. Please advise the date in which you would like to settle and close the account. Kindly advise on the date you would like to settle. We await your response.
