Edgars taking advantage of a old lady harrasment

my mother and myself are completely SICK & TIRED of the **** from edgars. my mother has a account with them she is a 73 year old lady, and to start off with she bought a cellphone on the account along with other items. only to find out that they had charged her for 2 on the account but the slip showed 1. we fought from jan till april to get that issue sorted. now when she pays the account 2 days later they call her and want money AGAIN and they charge her for calling her. 1 month the statement shows one amount then the next month its double even though its been payed. now today (11/05/21) edgars has sent her her new statement now already for end of may. on opening it is shows one amount BUT when the statement is downloaded its a COMPLETELY different amount.... i mean ***!!!! im starting to feel that Edgars is taking advantage of a old lady and *****ing money from her. they fast to call a person if you ONE day late with payments but they to dam lazy to do thier job when you need assistance. ITS TOTALLY DISGUSTING HOW BAD EDGARS HAS BECOME since moving over to RCS.
