I have called the number on my statement attached: ***and a recording said that my account is not with them a recording gave me this number: *** I called this number and a lady by the name of Evon could not pick my account up from her side gave her my ID, Account number, Cell phone number.

I am so so tired of this **** - in December it took me 3 hours to eventually speak to someone with regards to my account phoned more than 8 different numbers - explaining that all I want is the balance on my account so I can settle it and close the freaking account.

now I am charged R30 for Dec and R30 for Jan - whatever fee you want to call it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am not paying it for I settled my account on the 4 Dec - see payment - I was told to email this to Edgards

Please note:

I am still receiving statements showing that I owe R60.00

I have settled my account on the 4 Dec 2020 after I was given a settlement figure and paid the amount the same day and emailed the proof of payment through.

I have received communication about me being handed over if I don’t pay the R60.00 and find this extremely offensive!!!!!!!

Please confirm that my account has been closed on 4 Dec 2020 as I have instructed your consultant to do so
