Edgars story collection.

I placed 3x orders for clothing during Cyber Monday 3rd December for collection at Gateway Edgars Store Umhlanga, but no notification or status has been sent to me.

And now after looking at most of the reviews here for Edgars, I'm getting worried. Your call centre is also not picking up

Also, there's only 1x order that gets picked up by my email even though I put 2x orders in one email and the other order on to another email.

Kindly advise how when should I expect delivery to the Edgars Store Gateway.
