Edgar,s Stores are ripping us off our money.

We have been paying for Airtime bundle since 2009 but we never receive any airtime. We went to 5 different Edgars branhes,and they never seem to have cancelled it, we spoke to Agents from Edgars who i must add is very rude,espescialy the Black. We eventually Got hold of a company who handles Edgars Airtime issues, we are still trying to get refunds back dated, because The Company Blue Lbel says they did acculate the amount due to us, but Edgars says their system show nothing, How do we get our money,because Edgars keep foning for their payment and what about the money they owe us. HELP some please
