Edgars stores account management (now run by RCS) guilty of harassing their clients.

I opened an account at Edgars stores 45 years ago .Now that Edgars is run by RCS I receive numerous phone calls and SMS's regards the payment of the monthly installment regardless of an arrangement which was made with them quite a few months ago. The name of this kind of game is HARASSMENT!
