Edgars Store unreliable

On 22 Nov 2019 I bought a phone on account for R2000.00 at Edgars Store in Rustenburg town. I immediately requested the phone to be insured. After a few months I noticed that the phone does not appear in my monthly statement as the other ones that I've insured. I then went to the same store to inquire and the explanation was that the phone is indeed insured but does not appear because I've insured many phones. This was my 4th phone insured. End of September's this year I lost the phone and when I lodge a claim with Finrite I'm told that the phone is not insured. The bad service that I incured should be remedied by Edgars Store Rustenburg Regards EM NONOVI
