Edgars stole my cellphone number

I lost my mobile phone yesterday, I contacted Cell C to blacklist my phone and they informed me that they no longer own my number, it's now owned by RMCS. Upon calling RMCS I found that they are an Edgars call centre and I was told that I took up an airtime subscription which I had no knowledge of.

I am now stuck with no active number, I am unable to claim from my insurance because RCM will take 48 hours to blacklist my number. How do you expect me to wait 24/48 hours when I have no access to my banking and no one can contact me?

WHO GAVE EDGARS CONSENT TO TAKE MY NUMBER FROM CELL C? IS IT EVEN LEGAL TO TAKE OVER SOMEONE'S NUMBER WITHOUT CONSENT?

I WANT MY NUMBER TO BE BLACKLISTED BEFORE COB TODAY AND YOU NEED TO REVERT THE NUMBER BACK TO CELL C AND CANCEL YOUR STUPID SUBSCRIPTION.

When I went to an Edgars store yesterday, I was told that I am being chargerd for mobile contents that I have no knowledge of. What the heck is the 19.99 that you charge me monthly for?

Isn't the above the same reason you were fined by the NCR.???

Please sort this out before I take you up with the Ombudsman and the NCR.
