Edgars *****s thank u points and then refuses to close the account and blames the system. Seriously poor customer service. I may never shop at Edcon again

17 Oct 2019, 10:37Please note, the reason for the closure of the account was the thousands of points that disappeared because we did not attend one red carpet event. We are complaining because of an event that occurred BEFORE the account was closed. We are voting with our feet - Edcon has not benefitted from our clientage since.
