Edgars *****s it's customers money

I have made a incorrect payment from my standard bank account, to my edgars account. And have been trying to sort the payment out for 4 months between edgars and standard bank. Standard bank keeps sending me to edgars and visa versa. I have tried multiple calls and emails, and waaaay too many visits to various standard bank and edgars branches. I dont recommend either of these services.
