Edgars *****ing my money

EDGARS.. i have a account by them wich is paid up and has been for some time , i receive calls from them telling me i owe them money ,for either admin charges?? Or it could be a policy that i did not take out .. how i owe them money is a mystry cause they cant tell me . I get daily calls from them wich last a few seconds , my taking to it is that they cant afford the call you will be asked who is speaking and that will be the end of the call sometime i get up to three a day. This Edgars acc of mine is paid up and they will not Rip me of for the third time , yes this happend three times.
