Edgars *****ing From Me

I am a very long client of Edgars. I am always in credit. For the last two months they have charged me service fees R23 in August and now in Sept R30 without my permission. This is *****ing. I phoned today and spoke to Simphiwe who said I won't be charge any monthly fees if my account is in credit with less than R70. Really? I would like to close my account with immediate affect. I have a funeral policy with them for years. Never ever have I paid service fees before.
